SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship From All orders are shipped directly from our location in Sweden.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Sweden: 4–5 business days
- EU countries: 4–5 business days (may vary by destination)
- Rest of world (incl. UK, Norway, USA): 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Shipping Carrier We ship via Fraktjakt, which connects your order to the most suitable carrier for your region.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
International Orders & Customs For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Holy Smoke BBQ has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs inspections.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
